The LT3502AEDC is a high-efficiency buck DC-DC switching regulator housed in a 2mm × 2mm DFN-8 package (with a exposed pad for enhanced heat dissipation). The primary function of the LT3502AEDC is to convert a wide input voltage range of 3V–40V into an adjustable output voltage of 0.8V–32V, while providing a stable output current of 500mA. The LT3502AEDC supports switching frequencies of 1.1MHz or 2.2MHz (selectable via an external pin), enabling the use of miniature inductors and capacitors. This high-frequency capability significantly reduces the overall power supply solution size, making it ideal for space-constrained portable devices and high-density circuit designs.
