Overview:

The MLX91377GGO-ADB-000 is a linear Hall sensor IC consisting of a Hall-effect magnetic front end, an analog-to-digital converter, and a signal processor. With high performance, high safety levels and redundant packaging options, this IC is ideal for safety-critical systems in automotive or industrial applications.


The MLX91377 integrates Hall components, a signal regulator, a digital signal processor, and a flexible output stage that provides analog, SENT, or short PWM code (SPC) outputs. Multi-point field linearization and magnet drift compensation ensure high performance and accuracy at room temperature and in the operating temperature range from -40°C to 160°C. The wide absolute maximum rating, which includes -18 to 28V supply and output voltage ranges, guarantees the IC's robustness against external interference and transient voltages.


The MLX91377 is an AECQ-100 class automotive product in lead-free RoHS packaging. The IC can be programmed in combination with the PTC-04 programmer and the Hall-06 subboard.
