The ADSP-21364KSWZ-1AA's third-generation SHARC® processor family offers improved performance, peripherals focused on audio features and applications, and new memory configurations. These devices are pin compatible and fully code compatible with all previously introduced SHARC processors. These newest members of the SHARC processor family are based on a Single Instruction, Multiple Data (SIMD) core that supports 32-bit fixed-point and 32/40-bit floating-point arithmetic formats, making them an excellent choice for high-end audio applications.
