The onsemi NFAM3065L4BL Intelligent Power module is an advanced motion SPM that provides a comprehensive range of high-performance inverter output stages for AC induction, BLDC and PMSM motors.


The fully integrated inverter power module includes a separate high-side gate driver, LVIC, six IGBTs and a temperature sensor (VTS or thermistor (T)). The six IGBTs use a three-phase bridge configuration to provide independent transmitter connections for the lower phase pins, allowing maximum flexibility in choosing control algorithms. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage, and converts the incoming logic level gate input into a high-voltage, high-current drive signal in order to drive the built-in IGBT of the module normally.
