Description:
The NTB0102JKZ is a 2-bit dual power conversion transceiver with automatic directional sensing that enables bidirectional voltage level conversion. It has two 2-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), an output enable input (OE), and two power pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)). VCC(A) can be powered by any voltage between 1.2V and 3.6V, VCC(B) can be powered by any voltage between 1.65V and 5.5V, This device is therefore suitable for conversion between any low voltage node (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V).
Pins An and OE are based on VCC(A) and pin Bn is based on VCC(B). The low level at pin OE causes the output to appear in a high impedance off state. The device is perfectly suited for local power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuit disables the output, thereby preventing damaging backflow currents in the event of a device power failure.
