The TSV794IYPT is a 4-channel high bandwidth (50 MHz) low offset (200 V) rail-to-rail 5 V operational amplifier.


Product Description:

TSV79x High bandwidth Low Offset (250µV) rail-to-rail 5V operational amplifiers are single-channel (TSV791), dual-channel (TSV792), and quad-channel (TSV794) 50MHz bandwidth unit-gain stable amplifiers with rail-to-rail input stages. The conversion rate is 30V/µs. Thanks to these characteristics, the TSV79x operational amplifier is ideal for low-side current measurement. The maximum input voltage of 200μV provides excellent accuracy for precise amplification of small amplitude input signals.
