Product Description:

The M3SWA2-34DR from Mini-Circuits is a GaAs MMIC SPDT absorption switch with a built-in driver designed for wideband operation from DC to 30 GHz. The switch enables fast, nanosecond switching over a wide frequency range without grid hysteresis. This model offers excellent isolation, high linearity and is able to withstand +27 dBm RF input power. It comes in a small 3x3 mm QFN-style package that is easy to integrate in a compact component.
