Description:

The Qorvo CMD328K3 6-18GHz low noise amplifier is a wideband MMIC low noise amplifier in a leadless 3mm x 3mm plastic surface mount air chamber package. This device is ideal for EW and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. The gain of the wideband device is greater than 27dB, the corresponding output 1dB compression point is +12dBm, and the noise figure is 1.4dB. The CMD328K3 uses a 50-ω matching design, which does not require an external DC module to match an RF port. The Qorvo CMD328K3 amplifier is the perfect alternative to high cost hybrid amplifiers.
