Instructions:

The MP8770CGQ is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous rectifier buck switching converter with integrated internal power MOSFETs. The MP8770C offers a very compact solution with 8A continuous output current over a wide input range with excellent load and linear adjustment rates.


The MP8770C operates in synchronous mode over the output current load range to achieve high efficiency. The constant on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response, simple loop design, and very strict output regulation.

22mΩ/10mΩ low on-impedance internal power MOSFET

The output voltage can be adjusted as low as 0.6V

Efficient synchronous working mode
