Reports suggest that the latest member of the Ryzen AI 300 series, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 processor, was recently launched on AMD's official website. The original Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 has an NPU of 50 TOPS, which is in the top tier of AI PC NPU performance. This time, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 has further increased its NPU power to 55 TOPS, and AMD has been very aggressive on the NPU power front.


AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 Performance

The AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 is built on the TSMC 4nm FinFET process and the CPU is a 12-core design, including 4x Zen 5 , 8x Zen 5c, with a total of 24 threads. It has a base clock frequency of 2 GHz and a maximum acceleration frequency of up to 5.1 GHz. equipped with L2 cache of up to 12 MB and L3 cache of up to 24 MB. default Thermal Design Power (TDP) is 28W, AMD configurable Thermal Design Power (cTDP) of 15-54W. supports AMD EXPO memory overclocking technology.


For connectivity, it supports PCIe 4.0 with 16 lanes and maximum memory speeds of 4x2R DDR5-5600, LPDDR5x-7500 with up to 256 GB of memory.The Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 integrates an AMD Radeon 890M GPU with 16 graphics cores and a graphics frequency of up to 2,900 MHz.It is reported that HP's upcoming 's OmniBook Ultra laptop will be equipped with this processor, providing users with unprecedented AI experience and performance.


NPU Arithmetic Battle

The biggest difference between the Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 and the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 is the NPU arithmetic, with the former achieving 55 TOPS arithmetic, which is 10% higher than the latter's 50 TOPS arithmetic.
