Overview:

The AFE7071 is a dual-channel 14-bit 65MSPS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with an integrated, programmable four-level baseband filter and analog quadrature modulator. The AFE7071 includes additional digital signal processing capabilities, such as quadrature modulator correction circuits, which provide local oscillator (LO) and sideband rejection capabilities. The AFE7071 has a crossed 14-bit 1.8V to 3.3V CMOS input. The AFE7071 offers a 20MHz RF signal bandwidth in the RF output frequency range from 100MHz to 2.7GHz.

Maximum sampling rate: 65MSPS

Low power: 334mW

Cross CMOS input, 1.8-3.3V IOVDD

Input FIFO for stand-alone data and digital-to-analog converter (DAC) clocks

3 or 4 pin SPI interface for register programming

Orthogonal modulator correction: Gain, phase, and offset for sideband and local oscillation (LO) suppression

Analog baseband filters that support programmable bandwidth: 20MHz maximum radio frequency (RF) bandwidth

RF frequency range: 100MHz to 2.7GHz

Package: 48-pin square flat leadless (QFN) package (7mm x 7mm)
