The TPSM5601R5HEXTRDAR power module is a highly integrated 1.5A power supply solution that integrates a 60V input step-down DC/DC converter with power MOSFET, a shielded inductor and multiple passive devices in a thermally-enhanced QFN package. This 5mm x 5.5mm x 4mm, 15-pin QFN package features enhanced HotRod QFN technology for enhanced thermal performance, small size and low EMI. All pins of the package are distributed around the perimeter with a single large cooling pad for simple layout and easy handling during manufacturing.

The module has an adjustable wide output voltage range from 1.0V to 16V. The overall solution requires only four external components and eliminates loop compensation and magnetic element selection in the design process.
