On March 9, it was reported that the financial report released by World Advanced showed that the company's revenue in February reached NT$4.245 billion, a monthly increase of 1.56% and an annual increase of 50.72%. The consolidated revenue from January to February this year was NT$8.424 billion, an annual increase of 50.53%.
It is reported that the supply of wafer foundry capacity continues to be tight. The chairman and general manager of World Advanced previously stated that the order visibility has not changed, and the company's production capacity has been fully loaded for six consecutive quarters. Fanglue also expects to maintain a relatively high capacity utilization rate in the first half of this year. At present, it seems that including power management chips, automotive and high-voltage driver ICs, customer demand is quite strong throughout the year.
To meet customer demand, World Advanced's capital expenditure has been raised to NT$8.5-9 billion last year.
