Overview:

The MAAL-011078 is a high-dynamic range, single-stage MMIC LNA with an ultra-low noise figure, high gain and excellent linearity. The amplifier is designed to operate from 700 MHz to 6 GHz in a lead-free 2 mm 8-pin PDFN plastic package.

This low noise amplifier integrates an active bias circuit that can be connected directly to a 3 V or 5 V bias and minimizes temperature and process variation. The bias current is set by an external resistor, so the user can customize the power consumption according to the application. VBIAS can be used as an enable pin to power on and off the device during operation.

At a 50 Ω environment and 3 V voltage, the MAAL-011078 provides an output third-order intermodulation intercept (OIP3) of 0.5 dB noise figure, 22 dB gain, and 33 dBm + at 2.6 GHz. It is ideal for 5G and 4G cellular infrastructure and Wi-Fi applications.
