Device introduction

The TMUX6136 ±16.5V dual-channel SPDT switch provides CMOS analog output and contains two independently selectable SPDT switches. The device features extremely low leakage current and charge injection, making it ideal for high-precision measurement applications. The TMUX6136 provides low supply current (17μA) and is suitable for portable applications.

The TMUX6136 is designed for use with dual power supplies (±5V to ±16.5V), single power supplies (10V to 16.5V), or asymmetric power supplies. TTL/CMOS logic compatibility is ensured by digital selection pins (SELx) with compatible transistor-transistor logic (TTL) thresholds. The TMUX6136 can switch one of the two inputs (Sx) to a common output (D), depending on the state of the SELx pin. The switch has excellent conduction capability in both directions. In the "On" position, the TMUX6136 input signal range is extended to the power supply range. At the off position, the signal level of the TMUX6136 up to the supply voltage is blocked. All switches are open before close (BBM).
