R7FA4L1BD4CNE is a low-power 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 (CM33) core that supports TrustZone®, achieving an ideal balance of low operating voltage, low power consumption and high performance. The operating voltage of R7FA4L1BD4CNE is as low as 1.6V, and the standby current is as low as 1.65µ A. It also features multiple low-power functions, allowing users to dynamically optimize power consumption/performance according to application requirements.
The R7FA4L1BD4CNE MCU features low power consumption, such as a segment code LCD display driver and an advanced security engine, as well as RTC, ADC and timer. This R7FA4L1BD4CNE also integrates communication interfaces such as CAN FD, USB 2.0FS (no external crystal oscillator required), I2C/I3C and low-power UART, making it highly suitable for industrial automation, home appliances, smart home, consumer goods, building/home automation and medical/healthcare applications.
