Recycling Process:

N-channel MOSFET

N-channel MOSFETs are a key component of the T Power Semiconductor product line, offering advantages such as low on-resistance and fast switching speed.


TI N-channel MOSFETs primarily include the following types:

Low-voltage N-channel MOSFETs (<100V): such as CSD17313Q2, CSD18532Q5B, etc., suitable for power management, LED drivers, and other consumer electronics applications.

Medium-to-high voltage N-channel MOSFETs (100V–600V): including models such as CSD19536Q5A and CSD19535KCS, commonly used in industrial motor drives, switching power supplies, and other applications.

Ultra-high voltage N-channel MOSFETs (>600V): primarily used in high-power applications such as renewable energy generation and electric vehicle charging stations.

LMG3410R050: Integrates a 600V GaN FET with driver circuits, supporting efficient power conversion, suitable for server power supplies, data centres, and industrial power systems.

LMG3522R030: 650V GaN power module with overcurrent protection and temperature monitoring functions, widely used in electric vehicle charging stations, solar inverters, and other high-power applications.
