Introduction to ACS37600 Devices
The ACS37600KLUATR-013B5-CP is a linear sensor IC designed for use with ferromagnetic cores to provide high-precision current sensors suitable for industrial, commercial and communication applications.
The ACS37600KLUATR-013B5-CP consists of a precise, low-offset, and chopping stable Hall effect front end. The magnetic flux orthogonal to the surface of the IC package is detected by the integrated Hall and converted into proportional voltage. The very wide sensitivity range allows current sensor module manufacturers to use this IC in < 20A or > 1000A modules.
The optional bandwidth range of ACS37600KLUATR-013B5-CP is from 100 kHz to >400 kHz, making it highly suitable for fast-switching applications and those requiring low noise.
The user-programmable bidirectional reference voltage pin (VREF) can continuously monitor zero current voltage and is easily connected to 3.3V and 5V ADCs.
The ACS37600KLUATR-013B5-CP includes a user-programmable overcurrent fault pin with a response time of 1.5 μs (typical value) for fast short-circuit protection.
