The ADAQ4216BBCZ is a μModule® precision data acquisition (DAQ) signal chain solution that can transfer design challenges such as component selection, optimization, and layout of signal chains from designers to kits, thereby shortening the development cycle of precision measurement systems. The ADAQ4216BBCZ guarantees a maximum of ±3ppm INL and 16-bit no code loss, achieving unparalleled accuracy within the range of -40 °C to +105°C.


The ADAQ4216BBCZ adopts Systema-level package (SIP) technology, integrating the common signal processing modules required for data acquisition solutions into a small 14mm × 9mm, 0.8mm pitch, 178-ball CSP_BGA package.
