The 8V97051LNLGI is a high-performance wideband RF synthesizer /PLL that has been optimized to be used as a local oscillator (LO) in multi-carrier, multi-mode FDD and TDD base station radio cards. The 8V97051LNLGI is available in a compact 5mm × 5mm 32-VFQFN package.

The 8V97051LNLGI wideband RF synthesizer /PLL offers a default decimal mode and can be optionally used in conjunction with an integer mode. It requires an external loop filter.

The 8V97051LNLGI integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) supports output frequencies ranging from 34.375MHz to 4400MHz and maintains outstanding phase noise and spurry performance.

The RF_OUT[A: B] output driver has an independently programmable output power ranging from -4 DBM to 7dBm. The RF_OUT output can be muted. The mute function can be accessed via SPI commands or the mute pin.
