The IKCM15F60GA is a three-phase smart power module from Infineon's CIPOS™ Mini series, featuring TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs and SOI gate drive technology, rated at 600 V/15 A. featuring an open-emitter design that integrates six IGBTs, a driver IC, bootstrap circuits, and multiple protection functions into a 36 mm × 21 mm DIP package, providing a compact, plug-and-play inverter solution for residential and light industrial motor drives.
