The LTM4676AEY is a single/dual-channel DC/DC step-down (μModule®) micro-module launched by Analog Devices (ADI), supporting digital power management system management. The following are its core features:

Details of LTM4676A
The LTM4676AEY is a dual-channel 13A or single-channel 26A step-down µModule® DC/DC regulator with a conduction time of 40ms. The LTM4676AEY can remotely configure and remotely monitor power management parameters via PMBus (an Open Standard Digital interface protocol based on I2C). The LTM4676AEY includes a fast analog control loop, a precision mixed-signal circuit, an EEPROM, a power MOSFET, inductors and matching components.
By using the dual-wire serial interface of the LTM4676AEY, margin adjustment, fine-tuning, and oblique rise and oblique fall of the output can be performed with programmable slew rate and timing monitoring delay time. Input and output current and voltage, output power, temperature, operating time and peak value are readable. At startup, the output voltage, switching frequency and channel phase Angle distribution of the LTM4676AEY can be set through the pin connection resistor.
The LTM4676AEY is pin-compatible with the LTM4676 and is an improved performance version of the latter.
Application scenarios
The LTM4676AEY is suitable for high-precision power distribution systems, supporting multi-module parallel current sharing. It can be configured with voltage timing and margin regulation to achieve soft start/stop ramp control.
