1. Product Description
The 88W8987-A2-EAHE is a highly integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth single-chip SoC launched by NXP, packaged in an 83-WFBGA (WLCSP) package, supporting 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac Wave 2) and Bluetooth 5.2, suitable for high-performance wireless communication applications such as smart home, automotive electronics, and industrial IoT (IIoT).
The chip can run Wi-Fi and Bluetooth independently at the same time, supports IEEE 802.11ac (Wave 2) MU-MIMO reception, with a data transfer rate of up to 433Mbps (MCS9), and is compatible with Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), meeting the requirements for high-speed, low-latency, and high-reliability wireless connections.
