Mingjiada launched Navier GaN charger power chips NV6128, NV6127, NV6123, which are packaged in QFN6*8mm, and can still get enhanced heat dissipation when using current detection resistors.

The NV6128 integrates an integrated gate driver, supports 10-30V power supply, and has a programmable turn-on slew rate. With Kelvin source, it can effectively reduce the influence of parasitic parameters on high-frequency switching. The conduction resistance of NV6128 is 70mΩ, which is the lowest among Nano-Micro GaN power chips. The chip has a rated working voltage of 650V and a peak withstand voltage of 800V, which is more reliable in the system and supports a high switching frequency of 2MHz.


NV6127 adopts QFN6*8mm package, with upgraded heat dissipation performance, 125mΩ conduction resistance, built-in driver supports 10-30V power supply. Up to 2MHz switching frequency is supported.


The NV6123 chip is a thermally enhanced version of the NV6113, optimized for high frequency and soft switching topology, with an internal integrated driver, a conduction resistance of 300mΩ, and a 6*8mm QFN package.
