Introduction

The R7FA6M3AH3CFC 32-bit MCU uses a 120MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and features an integrated TFT controller, 2D accelerator and JPEG decoder. In addition, the RA6M3 MCU includes Ethernet MACs with separate DMA and USB high-speed interfaces to ensure high data throughput. The RA6M3 MCU product family is based on an efficient 40nm process, supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept based on FreerTOs-Flexible Package (FSP), and can be extended to adopt other RTOS and middleware. The RA6M3 MCU is ideal for iot applications that require TFT, Ethernet, high security, large embedded RAM, and high-speed USB.
