Explanation

The AD5770RBCBZ is a 6-channel 14-bit resolution low-noise programmable current output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) suitable for optoelectronic control applications. This kit includes a 1.25V on-chip reference voltage source, a 2.5k Ω precision resistor for generating the reference current, die temperature, output monitoring function, fault alarm and reset function.


The AD5770RBCBZ features five 14-bit resolution pull current DAC channels and one 14-bit resolution pull current and sink current DAC channel.


Channel 0 can be configured to consume up to 60 mA of current and generate up to 300 mA of current. Channels 1 to 5 have multiple programmable output current source ranges set through registers.


Each DAC can operate within a wide power rail range of 0.8V to AVDD - 0.4V to optimize power efficiency and thermal power consumption.


The AD5770RBCBZ adopts a 2.9V to 5.5V AVDD power supply with a rated temperature range of -40 °C to + 105°C.


In addition, the AD5770RBCBZ also features the following main characteristics:
