Introduction:

The ACFJ-3439T is a 17A peak smart gate drive optocoupler. The peak output current and wide operating voltage range make it ideal for directly driving IGBTs or MOSFETs in motor control and inverter applications.

The device has fast propagation delay and excellent timing skew performance. It provides desaturation protection and functional safety reports for IGBTs/MOSFETs. This full-featured and easy-to-implement grid-driven optocoupler is space-saving in a compact, surface-mount SO-24 package with a pitch of 0.8mm, making it suitable for HEV and EV applications.
