【 Description 】

The AD5683RACPZ-1 device belongs to the nanoDAC+® series and is a low-power, single-channel, 16-bit buffered voltage output DAC. This device is equipped with a default enabled 2.5V reference voltage source, providing a drift of 2ppm/°C. The output range can be programmed to 0 V to VREF or 0 V to 2 × VREF. It is powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, and the monotonicity is guaranteed through design. The AD5683RACPZ-1 is available in a 2.00mm x 2.00m, 8-pin LFCSP package.


The built-in power-on reset circuit ensures that the DAC register writes to zero level when powered on, while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. The AD5683RACPZ-1 has an cut-off mode. In the off mode, the power consumption of the device at 5 V usually drops to 2 nA (maximum value), and a software-optional output load is provided.


The AD5683RACPZ-1 adopts a multifunctional three-wire serial interface, which operates at a maximum clock rate of 50 MHz. Some devices also include asynchronous RESET pin and VLOGIC pin options, compatible with 1.8V.
