The UCC27523DR is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver capable of efficiently driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. Designed to minimise breakdown current, the device delivers high peak current pulses of up to 5A pull and 5A sink for capacitive loads, while achieving rail-to-rail drive capability and ultra-short propagation delays (typically 13ns).
