Overview
The AD5360BCPZ integrates a 16-channel 16-bit DAC in a 56-pin LFCSP package. It provides a buffer voltage output range four times that of the reference voltage. The gain and offset of each DAC can be independently adjusted to eliminate errors. More flexibly, the device is divided into 2 groups, with 8 Dacs in each group. The output range of each group can be independently adjusted by a misaligned DAC.
The AD5360BCPZ offers reliable operation within a wide voltage range of VSS from -4.5V to -16.5V and VDD from + 8V to + 16.5V. When the load current is 1mA, the margin requirement of the output amplifier is 1.4 V.
The AD5360BCPZ features a high-speed 4-wire serial interface compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP interface standards, capable of handling clock rates up to 50 MHz. By lowering the input pins of the LDAC, all outputs can be updated simultaneously. Each channel has programmable gain and offset adjustment registers.
Each DAC output can be amplified and buffered relative to the external SIGGND input. The DAC output can also be switched to SIGGND through the CLR pin.
