This latest series includes a total of 112 products, all of which integrate the new CPU core "RXv2" of the RX series released in November 2013. It operates at a frequency of 120MHz and is equipped with zero-waiting period high-speed flash memory. The R5F564MLCDBG microcontroller is equipped with a large-capacity memory of up to 4 MB of code ROM and 552 KB of working RAM. The built-in functions include the highly praised event link controller of RX200 and the rich functions of RX63N, as well as the SD card and audio interface with high market demand, and the IEEE 1588 industrial Ethernet function has been added.
