The LMH3401IRMSR ultra-wideband fully differential amplifier is a high-performance differential amplifier optimized for radio frequency (RF), intermediate frequency (IF), or high-speed time-domain applications. This device is highly suitable for DC-coupled or AC-coupled applications that require single-ended to differential conversion when driving analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).
When operating in single-ended input to differential output or differential input to differential output modes, the LMH3401IRMSR generates very low second and third order distortions. On-chip resistors simplify the implementation of printed circuit boards (PCBS) and can provide the highest performance within the available bandwidth range of 2GHz. This performance makes the LMH3401IRMSR highly suitable for applications such as testing and measurement, broadband communication, and high-speed data acquisition. This device provides common-mode reference input pins, enabling the amplifier output to be common-mode and meet the ADC input requirements. The operating power supply voltage of LMH3401IRMSR ranges from 3.3V to 5.0V. And it supports dual power supply to meet specific application requirements.
This performance level can only be achieved when using a 5.0V power supply and reaching an ultra-low power consumption of 275mW. The power-off function can also achieve energy conservation. The LMH3401IRMSR is fabricated using Texas Instruments' (TI) advanced complementary BiCMOS process and is packaged in a space-saving 14-pin ultra-thin square flat leadless (UQFN) package. The specified operating temperature range is from -40 °C to 85°C.
