TRS3232EIDBR consists of two line drivers, two line receivers and a dual-charge pump circuit, with pin-to-pin (serial port connection pin, including GND) ±15kV IEC ESD protection. TRS3232EIDBR meets the requirements of TIA/EIA-232-F and provides an electrical interface between an asynchronous communication controller and a serial port connector. The charge pump and four small external capacitors support powered by a single 3V to 5.5V power supply.
