Product introduction

‌LTC5551IUF is a device optimized for RF downconversion mixer applications requiring very high dynamic range ‌. It covers the RF frequency range from 300MHz to 3.5GHz and the LO frequency range from 200MHz to 3.5GHz. The LTC5551IUF is highly integrated and minimizes total solution cost, board space, and system-level deviation, while providing an extremely high dynamic range ‌.

The LTC5551IUF features very high IIP3 and P1dB and low power consumption. A typical application of this device is a base station receiver covering the 700MHz to 2.7GHz frequency range. RF inputs can be matched to a wide range of frequencies, and IF can be used at frequencies up to 1GHz.

A low power mode can be initiated by pulling the ISEL pin to a high level, which reduces the power consumption by about 1/3, but the IIP3 indicator will be reduced to about +29dBm accordingly. In addition, the EN pin can be used to turn on and off the mixer. The LTC5551IUF's high integration minimizes overall solution cost, board space, and system-level deviation while providing an extremely high dynamic range for demanding receiver applications.
