The MCP6022T-E/SN is a dual rail-to-rail input/output (RRIO) operational amplifier from Microchip featuring a 10MHz gain bandwidth product (GBWP) and 7V/µs slew rate for low-power, high-precision analog signal processing applications. The device is available in a SOIC-8 package, operates over the 2.5V to 5.5V voltage range, has quiescent currents as low as 1.0mA typical, and supports rail-to-rail input/output swings, making it ideal for battery-powered equipment, industrial controls, and portable instruments.


Based on the CMOS process, the MCP6022T-E/SN features low input bias current (5nA) and low noise (8.7nV/√Hz), making it suitable for high-precision signal conditioning, sensor amplification, and filtering circuits.
