Product Introduction:

The DRV8242SQRHLRQ1 device is a fully integrated H-bridge driver suitable for a variety of automotive applications. The device is a bidirectional full bridge driver with PWM or phase enable control. Designed with BiCMOS high-power process technology nodes, this single-chip power package device system provides excellent power handling and thermal performance, small package size and easy layout, but also provides EMI control, accurate current detection and diagnostic functions, and high robustness.

The device integrates n-channel H-bridge, charge pump regulator, high side current detection and regulation, current proportional output, and protection circuit. A low-power sleep mode is also provided for lower static current.
