Recently, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the first half of the year, telecommunications business revenue grew steadily, and the total telecommunications business maintained double-digit growth. The three basic telecommunications companies are actively developing emerging businesses such as IPTV, Internet data centers, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. In the first half of the year, they completed a total of 162.4 billion yuan in related business revenue, a year-on-year increase of 36.3%.
Among them, cloud computing and big data revenue increased by 139.2% and 56.4% year-on-year respectively, data center business revenue increased by 17.3% year-on-year, and IoT business revenue increased by 26.9% year-on-year.
It is understood that in the first half of this year, the total revenue of the electronic information manufacturing industry, software industry, communications industry and the Internet exceeded 10 trillion yuan in total.
