Product Description：

The TMUX7202 is a 1:1 (SPST) single-channel precision switch with 1.8V logic level and latch effect suppression. The device operates on a single power supply (4.5V to 44V), dual power supply (± 4.5V to ± 22V), or asymmetrical power supply (e.g., V DD = 12 V, V SS = -5 V). The TMUX720x supports bidirectional analog and digital signals from VSS to VDD on both source (S) and drain (D) pins.

The TMUX720x can be enabled or disabled by controlling the SEL pin. When disabled, both signal path switches are turned off. All logic control inputs support logic levels from 1.8V to V DD, making them compatible with TTL and CMOS logic when the device is operating in the active supply voltage range. Fail-safe logic circuits allow voltage to be applied first to the control pin and then to the power pin, thereby protecting the device from potential damage.

The TMUX72xx series features latch-effect suppression to prevent high-current adverse events between parasitic structures within the device that are typically caused by overvoltage events. The latched state usually persists until the power rail is closed and can cause device failure. The latch-effect suppression feature enables the TMUX72xx series switches and multiplexers to be used in harsh environments.
