Details:

The A89500GEJTR 100V half-bridge MOSFET driver is designed to control MOSFETs connected in a half-bridge arrangement with a bridge voltage of up to 100 V. Specifically, leading high-power inductive load applications such as brushed DC motors, solenoids, and actuators, and is compatible with 12V, 24V, and 48V power networks. The device's internal logic prevents the gate drive outputs from being turned on at the same time, thus eliminating cross-conduction. Each MOSFET is controlled by a discrete logic level input compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic. A third discrete input is used to place the driver in low-power sleep mode. The driver requires a single 8V to 15V supply to power the gate driver. Available in a 10-pin DFN (EJ suffix) package with wettable flanks, exposed thermal pads, and 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
