Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. launched UNISOC UIS8910DM LTE Cat.1 IoT chip, which adopts 28nm mature process and supports LTE Cat.1bis and GSM dual-mode with uplink rate up to 5Mbps and downlink rate up to 10Mbps.


Introduction

The UIS8910DM is a highly integrated multi-channel power management chip. It features low power consumption, high integration and high accuracy, and can be used in mobile smart terminals, smart wearable devices, IoT devices and other portable applications.


I. Basic Characteristics

The basic characteristics are as follows:

1.95V-5.5V input voltage range

6 programmable output voltage channels and 2 programmable output current channels

Programmable voltage and current for each channel

Ultra-low quiescent current, as low as 0.5uA

High-precision clock source supporting power supply phase-locked loop and external crystal selection


The UIS8910DM has a wide range of operating voltages, making it suitable for a variety of application scenarios. The 6 programmable output voltage channels and 2 programmable output current channels provide greater customisation capability to meet the voltage and current requirements of different chips and devices with high flexibility.


Power Consumption Control

UIS8910DM also has many features in power consumption control:

Intelligent power management mode to minimise power consumption

Internal low dropout linear regulator to make the output voltage more stable

Low-power 1.8V pin to ensure low-power stability

The quiescent current of the whole chip does not exceed 1.0uA when it is in the shutdown state.


Through the intelligent power management mode, the UIS8910DM is able to minimise power consumption under the premise of ensuring normal circuit operation. In addition, the internal low dropout linear regulator and low-power 1.8V voltage pin can also optimise the chip's power consumption performance.
