The HMC252AQS24E is a low-cost, non-reflective SP6T switch with a wideband operating frequency range from DC to 3.0 GHz. The switch offers single forward bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. The HMC252AQS24E integrates a 3:6 decoder, requiring only three control lines and a positive bias to select each path, and the HMC252AQS24E SP6T replaces multiple configurations of SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches and logical drivers.


HMC252AQS24E in ‌ 24-pin QSOP package ‌ (size 3.90mm×8.65mm), compatible with SMT process, suitable for high density PCB layout ‌. Its operating temperature ranges from ‌-40°C to +85°C‌.
