The LT6372IUDC-0.2 is a precision instrumentation amplifier () manufactured by Analog Devices with excellent DC accuracy. Such high accuracy allows smaller signals to be detected and simplifies calibration requirements, especially over the entire temperature range. The LT6372IUDC-0.2 integrates features into the LT6370, further improving accuracy and simplifying the interface to the ADC.
The LT6372IUDC-0.2 uses a proprietary, high-performance bipolar process that achieves outstanding accuracy and long-term stability. The LT6372IUDC-0.2 is laser fine-tuned to achieve a very low input offset voltage (60μV) and a high CMRR (80 dB, G = 1). Proprietary on-chip testing ensures gain drift (35 ppm /°C) through automatic testing.
The LT6372IUDC-0.2 differential amplifier features a separate reference configuration that simplifies level conversion from the amplifier output to the center of the ADC input range. Output clamping pins are also provided to limit the voltage that can be applied to the ADC input. The input of the LT6372IUDC-0.2 is integrated with EMI filtering to maintain accuracy in the presence of severe RF interference.
The LT6372IUDC-0.2 comes in a 20-pin 3mm × 4mm QFN package. The amplifier is fully adapted to the temperature range -40 °C to 85°C.
