Overview

The MAX25210ATAB8U High voltage linear regulator series is ideal for use in automotive and battery powered systems. Powered by +3.5V to +30V input voltages, the device provides up to 300mA of load current with a static current consumption of only 10µA (typical) when unloaded. The MAX25210ATAB8U has a current consumption of only 2µA (typical) when turned off. The input has a +42V transient tolerance to operate under sudden load drops. The MAX25210ATAB8U can be configured with a fixed output voltage (+3.3V or +5V) or with an adjustable output voltage using an external resistor divider.


The MAX25210ATAB8U has an open-leak, low-level active RESET output that provides 93.5% and 87.5% of the output voltage as fixed thresholds. After the output voltage exceeds its threshold, the low-level active RESET output will remain low for a fixed period of 60μs. The MAX25210ATAB8U can be extended with an external capacitor for low level active RESET delay.
