Product Details:

The F2480NBGI8 is a 400 to 3000 MHz RF analog variable gain amplifier (AVGA) that can be used in receivers, transmitters and other applications. An amplifier or voltage variable attenuator (VVA) can be configured as the first stage in the cascade. The F2480 RF AVGA offers a typical maximum cascade gain of 12dB (without attenuation), a 4.3dB noise figure (with the amplifier as the first stage), and 36dB gain adjustment, and is designed to be powered by a single +5V supply. When using the 106mA ICC, the Zero-Distortion™ amplifier has a nominal output IP3 of +41.5dBm. The device comes in a 5 X 5 mm, 32-TQFN package with 50Ω single-ended RF input and RF output impedance for easy integration into the signal path family.
