Description

The ESD224DQAR TVS ESD protection diode arrays are bi-directional arrays designed for high-speed applications such as USB 3.0 and HDMI 2.0. The ESD224 is rated for the highest level of ESD impact dissipation (Class 4) as specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard. The ESD224 employs on-chip, differentially-matched series components to improve downstream ESD clamping The ESD224 uses on-chip differential matched series components to improve downlink ESD clamp performance while maintaining signal consistency for high-speed interfaces. The ultra-low clamp performance and high differential bandwidth provided by the ESD224's on-chip ESD protection network makes the device HDMI 2.0 compliant, while providing robust protection for downlink HDMI devices.
