Overview:

The NXP LPC11U6x 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ family continues the ease of use and design flexibility of NXP's award-winning LPC11Uxx with enhanced features. This includes a more energy-efficient ARM® Cortex™-M0+ core, significantly increased flash memory and SRAM, more serial communication capabilities, a new 2Msps analog-to-digital converter and more multipurpose timers. These added features enable the LPC11U6x to address a broader range of applications in consumer, commercial, and industrial markets, such as metering and data acquisition, wired and wireless routing, handheld medical devices, PC/ gaming accessories, and more. The LPC11U6x expands storage options by doubling flash memory to 256 KB and tripling SRAM to 36KB. Serial connectivity capabilities have been expanded to meet higher I/O requirements, including 5 USART, 2 I2C, 2 SPI, up to 80 GPIOs, and new 12-channel, 12-bit, 2-Msps analog-to-digital converters have been added for more bandwidth and more sophisticated inputs.
