Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. recyles and supplies BGSC2341ML10 (Infineon) RF IC digital tuning capacitor, SPDT general 400MHz to 3.8GHz.


Product Description:

BGSC2341ML10 is a versatile integrated circuit (IC) ideal for RF tuning applications such as tunable impedance matching, antenna tuning, and tunable filtering. The IC integrates an 8-state tunable capacitor and an extremely low Ron single-pole double-throw (SPDT) RF switching function, both controlled by an on-chip MIPI2.1 RFFE digital interface. Last but not least, the BGSC2341ML10 exhibits very good linearity at high RF power conditions and RF voltages up to 40 V, a key attribute in applications such as antenna tuning. It does not require any additional high voltage power supply controller ics and can be powered by a single 1.8V power supply at extremely low current consumption levels. With a 1.1mm X 1.5mm package size, it is a compact solution that is ideal for any small mobile application.


Features:

• Designed for high linearity applications

• The ultra-low on-resistance of each SPDT throw-in is 0.87Ω in the open state

• Can handle high operating RF voltages of 40 V

•0.25-2.00 PF tuning range (1.8 GHz)

• Operating frequency: 0.4-3.8GHz

• High ESD stability

• Control interface according to MIPI 2.1 RFFE standard

•2 default USids that can be selected via the USID_SEL pin

• Supply voltage range: 1.65 to 1.95V

• Small size 1.1mm X 1.5mm (MSL1, 260C, according to JEDEC J-STD-020)

• RoHS and WEEE compliant packaging
