(Recovered, supplied) LTM8056MPY 58VIN, buck-boost type μModule®(micro module) regulator.


Introduction

The LTM8056 is a 58VIN, buck-boost type μModule®(micro module) regulator. The switch controller, power switch, inductor and support components are built into the package. A complete design is achieved by using only a resistor to set the switching frequency, a resistance divider to set the output voltage, and output and input capacitors. Only a small number of components are needed for additional functions such as input and output average current regulation. The LTM8056 operates in an input voltage range of 5V to 58V and can adjust the output voltage between 1.2V and 48V. SYNC input and CLKOUT output for easy synchronization.


The LTM8056 is available in a compact molded resin ball grid array (BGA) package for automated assembly using standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8056 comes with SnPb or RoHS compliant terminal coating.
