Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. newly launched NXP RF microcontroller "NXH3670UK" is a low-latency, highly integrated ultra-low-power 2.4GHz wireless transceiver.

Overview

The NXH3670UK device features an embedded MCU for wireless audio streaming for gaming headsets with very low latency.The NxH3670 runs a proprietary audio streaming protocol that is specifically optimized for gaming headset applications. Combined with a simultaneous microphone reverse channel, it provides high quality forward audio streaming with low latency (<20ms). In addition, there is a wireless data channel.

The NXH3670UK chip integrates the following key features:

Bluetooth® Low Power 4.1 certified with dedicated audio streaming extension

Programmable TX output power from -10dBm to +4dBm (2dB step)

Sensitivity: -90dBm (Bluetooth LE 2Mbps modulation mode) and -94dBm (Bluetooth LE 1Mbps modulation mode)

Industry's lowest current consumption: RX current <4mA (at 1.2V) TX current <7mA (0dBm output power, at 1.2V)

Integrated audio interface and audio processing

WLCSP package <7.25mm2, 34 solder balls

Few external passive components

Lead-free, RoHS compliant Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2)

Operating temperature range: -20°C - +85°C

Applications

The main application targets are gaming headsets, wireless headsets and earphones.
