Device Overview

The DRV8323HRTAR devices are integrated gate drivers for three-phase applications. These devices feature three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving both high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs.The DRV832x uses an integrated charge pump to generate the appropriate gate drive voltage for high-side MOSFETs and a linear regulator to generate the appropriate gate drive voltage for low-side MOSFETs. This smart gate drive architecture supports up to 1A peak gate drive pull current and 2A peak gate drive sink current.
